RSR has advised Berlin-based startup Blue Farm in a seed financing round led by Zintinus and HGDF and joined by existing shareholder Übermorgen Ventures.
Blue Farm develops powdered plant-based milk products. By selling only the powder, the company reduces the product’s footprint and can deliver eight liters of plant milk, free of additives, directly to the end consumer’s mailbox.
The team of entrepreneurs, food technologists and marketeers relies heavily on online sales and uses a convenient milk subscription service. Since its launch in early 2021, the company has sold powder for over 750,000 liters of oatmilk. Their product was awarded the Vegan Food Award by Peta as the best plant-based drink in 2022.
