RSR has advised the Berlin-based digital coaching platform CoachHub on the acquisition of the coaching business of Klaiton.
Klaiton was founded by Tina Deutsch and Nikolaus Schmidt and is the Austrian category leader in coaching. As a result of the deal, CoachHub and Klaiton's coaching business will be joining forces and CoachHub will closely collaborate with the coaching team of Klaiton, an additional community of over 500 executive coaches and a further strong client base.
