RSR has advised Berlin-based digital coaching platform CoachHub on its USD 200 million Series C financing round, led by late-stage investors Sofina and SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and also including existing investors Molten Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank, HV Capital, Signals Venture Capital and Speedinvest.
Since its foundation three years ago, CoachHub has seen impressive growth. Through web and mobile-based applications, the leading global digital coaching platform connects users with a pool of more than 3,500 certified business coaches who speak more than 60 languages and are located in 90 countries and all time zones. The investments from the Series C financing round will, in particular, be used for further expansion, with a special focus on the United States, and to increase the company’s global headcount from 850 to more than 1,000 by the end of the year. CoachHub serves all leading global economies and works with major multinational enterprises such as Coca-Cola, Danone, Toyota, LVMH, L’Oréal, Credit Suisse and Twitter.
