RSR has advised investor EXXETA in its participation in the seven-digit financing round of Unitplus alongside (among others) investors such as Martin Zielke (former board member of Commerzbank), Claus-Günther Budelmann (former Berenberg co-owner) and Material Ventures.
The funding will be used in particular for further product development, the IT platform and growth. Unitplus was founded in early 2021 by the founding trio Fabian Mohr, Kerstin Schneider and Sebastien Segue.
