Hamburg-based startup secjur was founded in 2016 and is led by Niklas Hanitsch, Manuel Stahl, Simon Pentzien und Sven Moritz. The company has developed software that automates corporate compliance with the help of artificial intelligence. The software covers the areas of data protection, information security, anti-money laundering and whistleblowing. Its customers include Mercedes Benz, Samsung, 1Komma5°, Mediamarkt Saturn and Tomorrow Bank. With the capital from the financing round, secjur intends to further develop the platform and expand its business operations.
