RSR has advised Exxeta on its investment in the course of the EUR 6.4 million Series A financing round of the Berlin-based startup Lumiform. The round also saw investments by Capnamic, 42Cap, WestTech Ventures and EquityPitcher Ventures as well as several business angels.
Lumiform was founded in 2018 by Lukas and Philip Blasberg and is a software-as-a-service provider which has built an inspection and audit app for companies.
Exxeta combines the areas of technology and consulting and also invests in startups.
RSR was mandated by Exxeta to provide legal services with regard to Exxeta’s investment activities. RSR is looking forward to further strengthening the relationship with Exxeta in the coming years.
