RSR has advised Berlin-based SaaS company Hrmony in its acquisition of Benefitsy. Both companies offer software solutions for the issuance of tax-privileged benefits to employees: Hrmony provides digital solutions for the grant of meal-benefits to over 650 customers which include Axel Springer, Thyssenkrupp, Unilever and Recup. Benefitsy has developed a digital benefit manager which allows employees to book various tax-free subscriptions up to an amount of EUR 50 per month.
With the acquisition, Hrmony further strengthens its position in the market for employee benefits and accelerates its strong growth of the recent years.
