RSR has advised Kurabu on its EUR 1 million equity financing round administered via the investor network Companisto.
Kurabu develops a software-as-a-service solution tailored specifically at sports clubs. Through the Kurabu software, sports clubs can manage their membership administration and offer a mobile application to their members. Kurabu intends to use the new funds to expand its team and further develop its software.
The RSR team members have been advising Kurabu since its foundation and are looking forward to further strengthening the relationship in the coming years.
