RSR has advised Meisterwerk on its EUR 2 million Series Seed Financing Round in which a founder syndicate brought together by Goo Technologies founder Marcus Krüger invested alongside institutional investors such as seed+speed, Wecken & Cie., Speedinvest, Innovation Nest and Kauri Tech.
Berlin-based Meisterwerk was founded by Bertram Wildenauer, Nick Sonnenberg and William Clifford Birtwell and develops an app which serves to optimize the project management of craft businesses.
The RSR partners have advised Meisterwerk since its inception and are looking forward to continuing its collaboration with the Meisterwerk team.
