RSR has advised Midel Photonics in its EUR 1m seed round. The round was led by HTGF (High-Tech Gründerfonds) and several business angels, including industry experts Thomas Merk and Dr. Markus Dilger.
Founded in 2022, Midel develops an innovative laser beam-shaping solution, thereby providing an important tool in modern manufacturing processes. The new capital will help to further position Midel’s innovative technology in the market and expand its application portfolio.
