RSR has advised Payrails on its USD 14.4 million Financing Round which was led by EQT Ventures with participation of General Catalyst as well as the existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and HV Capital.

RSR was mandated already ahead of the previous financing round and is looking forward to advising Payrails in the coming years.
